Mostly Music Concerts

Enjoy free summer fun and great music while you view the mighty Hudson River ! Join us at our Mostly Music Concert series produced solely by Friends of the Nyacks. This year’s concerts will be held on Sunday afternoons in Memorial Park as part of the Quadricentennial Celebration. Bring the family, a picnic basket, a few lawn chairs and come to the park for a wonderful community summer event. The concerts are the result of the hard work of just a few devoted volunteers and we could use your help. Though the concerts are free to the public, funding for these and future Friends of the Nyacks’ Mostly Music concerts is needed. On July 6th , enjoy a performance by the Rockland Symphony Orchestra performing music of the last 100 years. The remaining concert dates are July 12, 19, 26, August 2, 9 and 16 . Summer Film Festival

Watch films and stories that make you want to be a better person, fill you with hope or make you grateful for the gifts that you have. All movies will be shown at 1:30pm & 6:30pm. Held at the Haverstraw King's Daughter Public Library, 10 W. Ramapo Road, Garnerville. Call Karen Romaner at 786-3800 ext 23 for information on all Adult Programs.

health facilities, colleges, schools, etc, are invited to list their health-related events, discussions, classes, health fairs, health screenings, etc.
Submit events by the 25th of the month prior to the event.
(eg. events for Sept should be
submitted no later than Aug 25th.)
All listings subject to approval. New event listings are added 1x per month on the
26th day of the prior month.
